HTC Vivid is a smartphone released by HTC on this April. Just like most smartphones, it cannot well support PowerPoint files. Thus we need to convert PPT to 3GP so that it could be played on this machine.
First we will check out the main features of this machine.
1. 4.5 inches touch screen with a resolution in 540*960.
2. A frontal 1.3MP camera and a rear 8MP camera which could support taking 1080p videos.

Next, we will look into the tutorial of converting PPT to 3GP.
Step 1: download and install a PPT converter. 
Sep 2: start the PPT converter and add the PPT files to it.
You can directly drag and drop the PPT files or click the add icon to import the PPT file. In addition, you are able to preview the PPT file on the view screen. Then, just choose the output video format as 3GP and specify a folder for the generated video.
Step 3: Please click the settings to customize the audio and video settings of the generated video.
Video size, video codec, bite rate, audio codec and some other options are available to be adjusted.
Step 4: Customize the timing, slides, audio, music and conversion.
Set the transition time as 6 seconds or above, add background music for the generated video, or maybe ignore the audios in the source PPT file.
Sep 5: convert PPT to 3GP just by clicking start icon.
The program will show you the PPT to 3GP converting process and open the output folder for you. Just sync the video to HTC Vivid and have fun with it.
